In a style similar to therapy, nutrition counseling goes into depth on your everyday routine, more than just the food you eat, to analyze how your routine influences your eating behaviors all to determine an individualized nutrition plan tailored to your goals without the use of a generic meal plan. During these sessions, you can expect to: have nutrition myths debunked by evidence-based research, learn about the functions of foods and best meal timing, discuss food labeling/marketing schemes, and so much more!
Initial sessions: 60 minutes; follow-ups: 45 up to 60 minutes
For student package: Initial: 45 minutes; follow-ups: 30 minutes
Hours: MON - FRI: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm EST

For those who know the general basics of nutrition and just want someone to guide them in the right direction and/or keep them on track.

Only available to those who have completed one month of weekly or biweekly sessions.
