“Emily has been my daughter’s dietitian for a year now. At first, my daughter was a little nervous and afraid Emily would tell her all the “bad” foods she was eating and what not to eat anymore… so I sat in on the sessions with her. We were both mind blown when Emily not once told my daughter what foods to not eat. She has taught my daughter (and me!) that there are no BAD foods, it’s what can we ADD to our foods to have a more balanced and nutritional (and colorful!) meal/snack.
